NEW PRODUCTION PLAN

The goal to be achieved with the new area was to have tools suitable for increasing production. The first phase focused exclusively on design, creating a process in which each phase of the production was fully automated and inline. The second phase involved selecting the right partner capable of building the machinery with the necessary features. The final phase was the assembly, testing, and training of the staff.

Quality Control in 4 Phases

To ensure effective quality control, four different steps are carried out:
The first step involves checking the marble blocks, followed by the inspection of the slab cutting process, then the polishing stage, and finally, the custom cutting. Once these tests are passed, the slabs are packed in recyclable wooden crates and then shrink-wrapped.

ACCURATE PACKAGING

Once the finished slabs are checked, they are carefully placed in recyclable wooden crates, numbered and labeled with the lot number, client details, and type of marble. After thorough wrapping in plastic, they are moved to the specific area reserved for shipping, either for container loading or truck transport.
